Rental and Safety Info

Magana Party Rentals, takes pride in providing our customers with the safest and most reliable inflatable equipment, attractions, and rental provisions available.  We consider it our duty not only to provide the most affordable, exciting, and enjoyable environment possible, but also the safest.  Every Magana Party Rental's customer receives first quality, inspected, clean, and fully operational equipment, as well as comprehensive instruction in compliance with the most current and reliable safety procedures.

Rental fees include:

• Delivery up to 25 miles

• Every rental comes with a tarp to protect your lawn and our inflatables, a blower to keep the inflatable inflated, stakes to anchor it, and an extension cord to hook up to your power source.  NOT included: Water Hose. 

 

GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF RENTAL UNIT:

            (A) READ the list of the rules to all children prior using the unit. 

(B) All riders MUST REMOVE shoes, glasses, jewelry and any hard or sharp objects that may harm others before playing the rental unit.

            (C) To avoid any injuries, FLIPPING, wrestling or other forms of rough housing is NOT allowed.

            (D) No food, oil, soap,  or drinks inside the unit.

            (E) Do not climb or hang from interior or exterior of the unit.  

(E) Children must be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.  The SAFETY of all riders is the adult's  responsibility. MAGANA PARTY RENTAL is not responsible for any injuries.

(F) Absolutely no SILLY STRING, GUM, CANDY or other sticky substance in the unit. 

(H) Do NOT remove or adjust stakes or tide down ropes once they have been adjusted. CAUTION: Keep the unit rentals away from swimming pools and heaters.  IF anchors come loose during operation, please call us immediately.

(I) An adult should always be around and watch the children.  He/She should assist smaller children, in and out of the inflatable. Never exceed the capacity of the inflatable, always slide down one at a time.

{J} ABSOLUTELY NO wrestling, flipping, and/or rough housing in, on, or from units.  Magana Party Rentals applies a “zero tolerance” policy for these activities and will immediately evacuate unit and cease unit operation.  Strict compliance greatly reduces risk of neck, back and other unnecessary bodily injuries.

{K} Persons suffering from previous head, back, neck, muscular-skeletal injuries/disabilities/conditions; pregnant; or deemed susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not eligible to participate in unit interaction at any time.

In the event Magana Party Rental,  determines cancellation of reservation or rental contract is appropriate due to inclement weather conditions (i.e. precipitation, high winds, thunderstorms, exceptionally cold temperatures, etc.), other acts of nature, and/or any other proclaimed dangerous circumstances, customer shall be entitled to full refund of security deposit.

Magana Party Rentals further reserves right of cancellation for any reservation for purposes of general safety and/or failure of customer to provide acceptable unit installation environment. Deposit non-refundable.

While reservation security deposits will be credited toward the full balance, Magana Party Rentals reserves right to allow for exceptions upon prompt notification of cancellation.  Such notification must be provided minimum 7 calendar days prior to scheduled event to be deemed eligible for full refund of deposit and/or fee.
